Terms of service
The short version: one flat monthly price, thirty days' notice, no lock-in, and your school's data stays yours.

The service
Caesar Campus is school management software for beauty and massage schools: student records, clock hours, enrollment, cohorts, documents, tuition tracking and a student portal. We host it and keep it running for your school.
Price and billing
The core system is $450 a month, flat, for the whole school and unlimited students. Optional add-ons are separate lines on your invoice at the prices published on our pricing page: door kiosk, inquiry forms, lead intelligence, compliance and state board pack, card payments, clinic card terminal, and extra campuses or API access. Nothing is charged per student.
Billing is monthly in advance. Setup, onboarding and migration are quoted in writing before work starts, and only appear on the invoice once you accept the quote.
Term, notice and cancellation
Subscriptions are month to month. There is no fixed term and no lock-in. Either side can end the subscription with thirty days' written notice, and you keep access through the end of the notice period. There is no early-termination fee.
3-day trial
The trial is three days, issued manually on request after a short review. There is no automatic signup and the clock does not start until we turn it on. No card is required. At the end of the trial you can subscribe, or let it lapse; nothing is charged unless you ask us to start a subscription.
Your data
Your school owns its data. Student records, clock hours, documents and payment history belong to you. You can export your data at any time while subscribed, and we will help with a final export if you cancel. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and to fix problems quickly, but uptime is best-effort. We do not promise a service-level agreement or a specific uptime percentage. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside normal school hours where practical. Keep your own exports for records you are required to retain.
Acceptable use
Use the service for your school's lawful operations, keep logins secure, and do not attempt to access another school's records or disrupt the service. Your school is responsible for the accuracy of the records your staff enter and for its own regulatory obligations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes are sent to the billing contact by email before they take effect. Continuing the subscription after that is acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
